LoftiLab Solutions

Stop talking about AI.
Start using it.

Artificial intelligence is useless if your workflows can’t support it and your team doesn’t understand it. We build the automated systems, predictive models, and human capability your business needs to actually move the needle.

The AI hype cycle is over. The execution phase has begun.

Most organizations buy expensive AI tools that sit unused, or deploy automation that breaks the moment reality hits. Technology is only 10% of the equation. The other 90% is your people and your processes.

We don’t just drop software on your desk and walk away. We fix the whole equation.

We build intelligent systems — and upgrade the people who run them.

Here is how we make your operations smarter, faster, and more capable.

The work, in detail
01

Phase 1 — The Build

Workflow Automation

We find the repetitive, soul-crushing tasks eating up your team’s time and automate them out of existence. Less manual data entry, fewer human errors, and a lot more time for actual problem-solving — with a compliance-ready audit trail built in.

Phase 1 — The Build

Applied Generative AI

Forget hallucinating chatbots. We build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and agentic workflows grounded entirely in your proprietary data. Ask your organization’s brain a question, and get a factual, instant answer.

Phase 1 — The Build

Predictive Analytics

Stop looking in the rearview mirror. We turn your messy historical data into a forecasting engine — anticipating shifts, allocating resources smarter, deciding on math rather than gut feeling. Always reported with honest error ranges, never as certainty.

Phase 1 — The Build

Microsoft Dynamics ERP

One system of record for finance, procurement and operations instead of nine spreadsheets that disagree. We implement Dynamics around your workflows, your approval chains, your reporting calendar — and we state licensing costs up front.

Phase 2 — The Train

AI Fluency for Every Desk

A senior executive needs to know how AI affects strategy. A frontline employee needs to know how it saves them three hours a day. We design tiered training that turns AI anxiety into operational capability across your entire org chart.

Phase 2 — The Train

Financial & Project Management

Finance and operations are evolving. We train your teams in modern methodologies and pair that knowledge with automated reporting pipelines. Less time wrangling spreadsheets, more time driving strategy and getting complex initiatives across the finish line.

Holistic Capacity Building

Technology is only as strong as the people wielding it. We design targeted upskilling programmes that close the gaps in your team’s knowledge — from public financial management and governance to IPSAS, PEFA and internal control.

Have a specific bottleneck? Let’s map out a solution.

Book a discovery call

We bridge the gap between code and culture.

A lot of agencies will sell you an algorithm and walk away. We know that transformation fails when you ignore the human element. LoftiLab operates at the exact intersection of advanced technology and human capability.

01

Zero hype, high impact

We don’t use AI for the sake of AI. We use it to solve your most expensive operational problems.

02

Built for your reality

Off-the-shelf fails. We tailor our tech and our training to your specific operational quirks and legacy systems.

03

End-to-end ownership

From the initial architecture design to the final team training, we stay until the system is fully adopted.

What we will never tell you

We’re a young company. We don’t have a wall of logos, and we won’t rent one. What we can publish is the standard we hold ourselves to.

  • 01That results are guaranteed in X days.
  • 02That AI will replace your staff.
  • 03That we can provide donor funding.
  • 04That automation is instant.
  • 05That our forecasts are 100% accurate.
  • 06That we are a government agency, or that ERP licenses are free.

Five stages. A deliverable at every one.

You should never wonder what you’re paying for. Each stage ends with something in your hands.

  1. 1

    Diagnostic

We sit with the people doing the work and map what actually happens — not what the org chart says. You receive a written diagnosis of where time and money leak.

  2. 2

    Scope

One document: what we will build, what it costs, what it will not do. You receive a fixed scope you can hold us to.

  3. 3

    Build

Short cycles, working software at each one. You receive something your team can click, break and correct while it is still cheap to change.

  4. 4

    Handover

Training, documentation, admin access. You receive a system your own people can run without calling us every week.

  5. 5

    Review

Weeks later we come back and measure against the diagnostic. You receive an honest account of what improved and what still needs work.

  6. The approach in full

Fiction — a worked example

What an engagement looks like, start to finish

Asafo Relief Trust does not exist, and neither does Ama. We wrote this example because we can’t publish confidential client work — but the five-stage approach it walks through is exactly how we operate.

The problem

Ama runs finance for a 40-person NGO. Every donor report means three weeks of copying figures between fourteen spreadsheets. Last year an error in one of them nearly cost a grant renewal.

The build

A diagnostic finds the fourteen sheets disagree because four people enter the same data. We scope a single grants ledger with role-based entry, build it in six weekly cycles, and train the team as we go.

The result

In this fiction, the three-week report takes an afternoon, and the audit trail satisfies the donor’s compliance checklist. When a real, consented client story exists, it will replace this one.

Let’s upgrade your operations.
