LoftiLab Solutions

Built to modernize how organizations actually run.

A calm modern office interior in early morning light, with a meeting visible in a glass room beyond

LoftiLab exists to modernize organizations using AI, automation, and intelligent systems.

We work with SMEs, NGOs and government agencies — organizations that have been making do with Excel sheets where systems should be, WhatsApp threads where workflows should be, and generic software that never quite fit. We replace the workaround with a system, train the team to run it, and hand over the keys.

We are based in Ghana and work with organizations at home and abroad. Client work is confidential, which is why you won’t find logos or testimonials here — and why we publish our method and our guardrails instead.

The standard we publish because we can’t publish clients

  • 01We name what a system will not do, in the scope, in writing.
  • 02We hand over admin access, documentation and training on every build.
  • 03We state ERP licensing costs up front. They are never free.
  • 04We report forecast accuracy with error ranges, never as certainty.
  • 05We say so when a process isn’t worth automating.
  • 06We publish no proof we cannot verify — no invented logos, numbers or stories.

Five things people get wrong about this work

“AI will replace my staff.”

We automate tasks, not jobs. The four-day report becomes a four-minute one — your accountant spends the difference on work that needs judgment.

“This is only for big companies.”

The opposite. Large firms have IT departments. SMEs, NGOs and agencies are where a single well-built system changes the most.

“Automation is instant.”

No. Mapping, building and testing a process properly takes weeks. Anyone promising overnight automation is selling something else.

“We’d need to abandon our current tools.”

Rarely. Most builds connect the tools you have and remove the manual copying between them.

“Our data is too messy.”

Messy data is the normal starting point. Cleaning it up is part of the work, not a precondition for it.

The people section will arrive when it’s real.

We don’t publish stock faces or generated portraits as “our team.” When we photograph our people, with their consent, you’ll meet them here. Until then — judge the work.
